Harry Kane scored a brace in a pulsating 3-2 win against runaway leaders Manchester City at the Etihad. Losing 2-1 after the end of 90 minutes, City equalized via a penalty in the 2nd minute of stoppage time. But two and a half minutes later, Harry Kane put his header past Ederson to send Antonio Conte and the Spurs fans into a frenzy.

It was Tottenham who drew first blood as Dejan Kulusevski, starting his first Premier League game, scored in the 4th minute after being set up by Son. City controlled the game from there on and were rewarded in the 33rd minute when Ikay Gundogan pounced on an error from Hugo Lloris.

Tottenham got their lead back in the 2nd half as the Kane-Son combination was at it again. It was once again a counter-attack that led to the goal as Son's cross was tucked in by the England captain. He had another golden chance to extend their lead when he was put through on goal by none other than Son but was denied brilliantly by Ederson.

Kane thought he had scored again as he put the ball in the back of the net but Kulusevski was adjudged offside in the build-up. City were awarded a penalty for a handball by Betancur in stoppage time and Riyad Mahrez drew the champions level. City thought they still had time to win the game but so did Tottenham as Kulusevsi's cross was headed home by Kane to do the double over the champions.

Spurs sit 8th in the table, 7 points off the top four but with 3 games in hand while City's lead at the top has been cut to 6 points with Liverpool still having a game in hand.

Manchester United won their 2nd game in a row in the Premier League with a 4-2 win over rivals Leeds United in a fiery clash at Elland Road. Fred and Anthony Elanga scored in the 2nd half to seal the points for United after Leeds came back from two goals down.

In unrelenting weather in West Yorkshire as the UK was feeling the effects of the cyclone Eunice, Manchester United raced to a two-goal lead in the first half. Harry Maguire scored the first goal from a corner for United in just under a year while Bruno Fernandes scored another header to double United's advantage.

United's second-half frailties were on show once again as Leeds scored two goals in the space of 24 seconds to restore parity. Rodrigo scored a fluke goal from an attempted cross which De Gea misjudged while Raphinha scored just moments later to equalize for Leeds.

But this time the Red Devils fought back as the substitutes Fred and Elanga found the back of the net to secure United's victory. The win keeps United in the top 4 for now while Leeds sink further as they are now just 5 points away from safety.

In the other Premier League encounters, Arsenal beat Brentford 2-1 and Wolves defeat Leicester 2-1 to stay in the top 4 race. Chelsea and Liverpool win their games against Crystal Palace and Norwich while Watford and Burnley pick up huge victories in their fight for survival.
